We had a wonderful stay at Derek's place in American Fork! We were a total of 12 people (3 families) and it was plenty of space. Lots of entertainment for the kids and it was just an easy home to stay in. The location was great, very quaint neighborhood but super close to a lot of shops and restaurants AND the freeway to get to SLC, Ski resorts, and/or Provo. Highly recommend this place, thanks Derek!

Staying at Derek’s place was wonderful! The house is clean and well accommodated (linens, kitchen, laundry, etc.). The home is centrally located and easy to find off of a main street. While a Main Street is close, we didn’t hear any traffic or have any concerns. Derek is very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have a single issue arise during our stay as everything was as advertised and was in working order.

This home is as listed. It is clean, spacious, close to the three major north south road ways. Easy to find. The hot tube was a welcome evening pleasure to relax and enjoy our family conversation. The view of the snow cap mountains was enjoyable to see. It was a great safe place to stay.

Derek’s place was exceptional! Place was extremely clean, plenty of room for our family of 8 and Derek was very easy to communicate with. The hot tub was a very nice perk! We would definitely stay at Derek’s place again.

We had 8 adults and a baby. Perfect accommodations for our group. The kitchen and king size bedroom downstairs made a perfect fit for our son’s little family. Derek was quick with answers and any help we needed. Quick access to the freeway and surrounding towns. It was a great stay. Thanks again, Derek.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Teri's beautiful home. The house was accommodating for our large group of 14 people. The beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets, lots of couch seating, three full bathrooms with showers, are all things we appreciated about this home. The room with the bunk beds would work best for children as the top bunk is a little tricky climbing into and out of as an adult. The kitchen had many great amenities that we appreciated. We enjoyed the porch seating and peaceful scenery of trees and ferns. The home was very clean and comfortable. Teri was very responsive to any questions we had. Battle Rock beach is only a few miles away and has gorgeous views. We would recommend staying at this airbnb. Thanks Teri!

We very much appreciated the opportunity to stay in this home. We were traveling for a wedding and had a lot of family stay and visit. This was a great location, excellent amenities, enough space for everyone and very clean and comfortable and welcoming. Teri was completely responsive and helped our experience to be excellent! We stayed here for my son’s wedding week. The house set up was perfect with plenty of bedrooms and spaces to gather inside and out. We had 3 families, and it worked out exactly as we had hoped. The kitchen/living space was a favorite, since we could all be together while cooking, eating and relaxing. The lower level was just perfect for my daughter and her family, and my son and his family had plenty of space upstairs. We were in the primary which is lovely and so functional with the closet space. I am an Airbnb host myself and am extremely particular. This home is special. We loved the hot tub and yard as well!

My family and I had a restful, quiet, enjoyable time at Teri's House. The house had all the amenities necessary to feel right at home. The area is quiet and a great neighborhood to go for an early morning walk. Teri was always available by responding to any questions I would have. I highly recommend Teri's place!
